Day 8

CHLOE



BREAKFAST: two pieces of toast and one cup of fruit smoothie
LUNCH: one roll sandwich with some chips ( probally not the best choice haha)
DINNER: Butter Chicken with Rice, Green Beans
Dessert: Apple

DAD

Breakfast: 1/2 Bagel and 1 Cup of Coffee
Lunch: Einstein Bgael with Lox & Chicken Noodle Soup
Snack: 1 Light Yogurt
Drinks: 3 Waters with Emergency
DINNER: Butter Chicken with Rice, Green Beans
Dessert: Dehydrated Apples & Tea
