Dad
  • Breakfast: 1 Light Yogurt & 1 Coffee
  • Lunch: Buffalo Bleu Chicken Salad (only used 1 dressing packet...yeah!)
  • Snack: Yogurt
  • Afternoon Coffee (can't go on...)
  • Dinner: 2 bowls of rice with soup
  • Desert: one cookie
  • midnight snack: 2 pieces of seaweed 


Chloe

  • Breakfast: two pieces of hash brown casserole
  • Lunch: half of a quesedilla
  • Sweet: half of a(n) lollipop
  • Dinner: 2 bowls of rice with soup
  • Desert: one cookie

CHLOE



BREAKFAST: two pieces of toast and one cup of fruit smoothie
LUNCH: one roll sandwich with some chips ( probally not the best choice haha)
DINNER: Butter Chicken with Rice, Green Beans
Dessert: Apple

DAD

Breakfast: 1/2 Bagel and 1 Cup of Coffee
Lunch: Einstein Bgael with Lox & Chicken Noodle Soup
Snack: 1 Light Yogurt
Drinks: 3 Waters with Emergency
DINNER: Butter Chicken with Rice, Green Beans
Dessert: Dehydrated Apples & Tea

    • lunch: two small bowls of rice on slice of pickles and some chips.
    • Dinner: Enchilada Soup & Quesedillas

    • Breakfast: 1 Bowl of Rasin Bran crunch & 2 cups of coffee
    • Lunch: Ham wrap and chips
    • Snack: Coconut chips and Aloe Vera Drink (Sugar Free)
    • Dinner: Enchilada Soup & Quesedillas
    • Desert: One Kiwi

    • Lunch: One sandwich.
    • Snack: 1/2 Ham sandwich
    • Dinner: Cheesy chicken enchilada soup.
    DAD
    • Breakfast: One Great Value Light Yogurt & 2 Cups of Coffee
    • Lunch: 2 Turkey Slices, Apple Slices, Mac & Cheese, Pumpkin Ice Cream
    • Snack: 2 Glasses of ORGANIC Sweet Tea (Organic is very healthy :) )
    • Dinner: Cheesy chicken enchilada soup.
    • Desert: 1 Papaya Spear

    DAY 1

    Dad
    • 1 Oikos Yogurt
    • 2 Cups of Coffee
    Lunch
    • Blackened Chicken Sandwich & Waffle Fries (maybe not the best choice)
    Dinner
    • Enchilada Casserole and Salad
    • 2 pieces of chocolate
    • Cup of Tea

    CHLOE

    I had:
    • Breakfast: two packs of Quakers oatmeal!
    • Lunch: toast with egg salad on it with apples for the side.
    • Dinner: Enchilada Casserole & Salad (2 servings)
