Day 23

I know you walk at 3.0 mph, but how far is that?  I think you said about 1.7 miles.  If you take it about to 3.5 mph, then you will go faster...and farther.  Make sure you get your walk/jog done before I get home!!!

    Day 22

    You didn't finish your post yesterday, but I'm glad you went on the Treadmill.  Did you get your Playaway yet?Yes I got two and I have already started the second one.

    I want you to start recording the distance that you went on the Treadmill. I think you should be able to get up to 2 miles in 30 minutes, but you have to go at 4 mph.  Right now, you are probably close to 1.5 miles right?actually I do 3.0.
