DAY 1

Dad
  • 1 Oikos Yogurt
  • 2 Cups of Coffee
Lunch
  • Blackened Chicken Sandwich & Waffle Fries (maybe not the best choice)
Dinner
  • Enchilada Casserole and Salad
  • 2 pieces of chocolate
  • Cup of Tea

CHLOE

I had:
  • Breakfast: two packs of Quakers oatmeal!
  • Lunch: toast with egg salad on it with apples for the side.
  • Dinner: Enchilada Casserole & Salad (2 servings)
